    What is Cheers Restore?

    Cheers® Restore™ is a patented solution (Granted Patent: US 9,603,830 B2) designed to mitigate the negative effects of alcohol. It works by reducing GABAa rebound, replacing lost vitamins, and providing your liver with what it needs to break down alcohol and its toxic byproducts. Just take 24 capsules after your last alcoholic beverage or before going to bed. 

    What is Cheers Hydrate?

    Cheers® Hydrate™ is a product that optimizes the “Sodium-Glucose Co-Transport System” for rapid rehydration. It optimizes this system by containing the minimum number of sodium and glucose molecules for maximal osmotic pull into dehydrated cells. 

    Does Cheers Restore prevent intoxication?

    Cheers products do not prevent intoxication, nor do they sober you up. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.

    How and when do I take Cheers products?

    Simply take 24 Cheers Restore capsules and mix 1 scoop of Cheers Hydrate in a standard water bottle after your last alcoholic beverage or before going to bed. An additional dose can be taken in the morning if needed. Take 2 capsules of Cheers Protect every day to boost your liver's glutathione levels.

    How often can I take Cheers Restore?

    We recommend taking Cheers after anytime you consume alcohol, no matter the amount or time of day.

    Do I need both Hydrate and Restore?

    You don’t need both products, but taking both is more effective as they are designed to work together. Restore is focused on the negative effects of alcohol not stemming from dehydration, such as GABAa rebound & acetaldehyde exposure, whereas Hydrate is only for alcohol-induced dehydration. If you were to only take one product, we’d recommend Cheers Restore.

    Why do I have to take so many pills?

    It takes a lot of our main ingredient, DHM, to be effective. For our product to meet the high standards of our customers, we ask them to take 24 capsules. If we could, we would have our customers take 5+ capsules, but that is a lot to ask!

    Cheers products do not prevent intoxication, nor do they sober you up. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.

    Is Cheers vegetarian?

    Yes!

    What is the calorie and sugar count?

    Cheers Hydrate contains 6.75g of sugar, 6.75 carbs and 27 calories per serving. Cheers Restore does not contain any sugars or carbs.

    Why does Cheers Restore smell like lemon?

    We included a lemon-essenced tab to mask the unpleasant smell that most vitamins have. Each time you take Cheers Restore you will have the refreshing lemon scent. If the scent is too strong, you can simply remove the tab.

    What are the side effects of taking Cheers?

    There are no known side-effects of Cheers®. During our recent fundraising round, for purposes of due diligence there was an expert toxicologist hired to review the safety of Cheers®. The expert’s results were extremely positive and no concerns were listed.

    Is Cheers FDA approved?

    The FDA does not approve dietary supplements, by law. It does regulate the manufacturing process though. All of our products are manufactured in an FDA-regulated facility. We vet dozens of manufacturers, run QC checks at third party labs, etc. to ensure our product is the best quality. We take great pride in making the safest and most effective products possible.

    How does Cheers Restore work?

    Restore helps replace lost vitamins you lose while drinking alcohol and also provides your liver what it needs to process alcohol and its other toxic byproducts. 

    Why do you guarantee at least 50% better and not 100%?

    In a study conducted for Cheers®'s now-granted patent, users of Cheers® reported over 50 percentage point reduction in next-day symptoms. I.e.: If someone were going to feel like a 3/10, the next-day they would instead feel like an 8/10.

    I have too much Cheers and am not using them as quickly as I thought I would. Can I delay shipment?

    Of course! We know everyone’s life is different and our auto-refill program is designed to fit with your life. Email us at help@shopbzr.com and let us know how long you would like to delay your refills and we will be happy to update your shipments for you.

    I would like to update my auto-refill frequency. How do I do that?

    You can update the frequency at which you receive each refill by emailing our friendly customer support agents at help@shopbzr.com and they will help update your account for you.

    What is your cancelation policy for auto-refills?

    You can cancel at anytime. When you order auto-refills, you can update the frequency at which you receive each refill (or cancel it altogether) by emailing our friendly customer support agents at help@shopbzr.com and they will help update your account for you. 

    I need to update my payment/shipping info. Where can I do this?

    Email help@shopbzr.com and we’ll help update your account information for you. 

    I need my auto-refill to arrive sooner. Is that possible?

  • Orders & Tracking

    I put in the wrong address, can I change it?

    Oh no! If you see your tracking information is incorrect please email us right away. Once your order has been processed and ready to be shipped, we can’t make any changes to your order.

    Where can I find tracking for my order?

    When your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please wait at least a few hours for the shipping service to update the status. If you can’t find it, email help@shopbzr.com and our customer service team will be happy to make edits to your account for you.

    I'm having issues placing an order, what should I do?

    Sorry to hear that! Send us an email to help@shopbzr.com and we’ll be happy to help figure out what is going on.

    I received a notification that my order was delivered but I can't find it. What do I do?

    We’re sorry to hear that! We have noticed that some shipping companies will mark or scan packages as delivered but won't actually deliver them until later that day or a few days after. We recommend checking with neighbors and waiting a day or two. If it still has appeared, let us know!

    Can I return a product for a refund?

    There has recently been a large amount of cases where ingestible or topical products have been tampered with by consumers. We would never suspect any of our customers or shipping partners to do something such as this. And, we have tamper evident packaging for additional protection. However, all forms of tamper evident packaging are mimic-able and replaceable, and therefore the main way we can increase protection of our customers from tampering is to not allow for returns.

    Due to recent events and the ingestible nature of our products, we will not accept any returns for refunds on products that have been shipped out. We hope you understand why this policy is in the best interests of our customers’ protection.

    If you did not receive the item you ordered or received a damaged product, let us know and we’ll make things right!

    What is your refund policy?

    We know that everyone is different, and products like ours might not be a one size fits all solution. That's why we give our customers the chance to try out our products risk-free. If you purchased a full bottle and aren't happy with the product we'll happily refund up to 1 unit of Cheers® Restore, Hydrate, and Protect within 15 days of purchase (excluding tax & shipping).

    When it comes to free trials, a free trial begins an auto-refill membership, so that is considered the customer’s first purchase as this is the point at which you get to try the product(s) risk-free. Any subsequent auto-refill order is considered a repeat/recurring order and will not be refunded.

    Why did you change your name from Thrive+ to Cheers?

    In the beginning, when we picked the name “Thrive+” we thought that we would make products that existed in a few different categories ranging from alcohol-related health products to general multi-vitamins.

    However, as time went on and our business progressed, we realized that what we do best (and frankly what we cared about most) is creating products designed to make the consumption of alcohol a healthier, happier, and better experience over all.

    We wanted our brand to tap into that rich, as old as humans themselves, universal meaning of what it means to say “Cheers” while drinking an alcoholic beverage with friends, families, or even strangers.

    Do you offer any cheers party packs?

    Yes! Cheers makes great party favors and we have a ton of event coordinators, brides & grooms, and event venues who give Cheers out at all their events! If this is something you are interested in, send us your information and event details to help@shopbzr.com and we'll be happy to help out!

    Do you have wholesale opportunities?
