What's the difference between ettitude bamboo bed sheets and other brands?
Our bamboo sheets are made of 100% organic bamboo lyocell, one of the most sustainable and soft textile materials of the 21st century. Other brands either use bamboo rayon/viscose or bamboo/cotton blend fabric.
What's the difference between bamboo lyocell, bamboo charcoal and bamboo coffee fabric?
All our products are made of bamboo lyocell, one of the most sustainable textile of the 21st century made from renewable plant material.
We've added bamboo charcoal powder and recycled coffee grounds to certain products for additional deodorizing and moisture wicking abilities. It's also a great way to repurpose waste with a purpose.
Are your products free from toxics and harmful chemicals?
Our products are made from certified organic bamboo that is grown and produced without any harmful chemicals, artificial additives, growth hormones or GMO's. They all passed the Oeko-Tex Standard 100, which is an international testing and certification system for textiles, focusing primarily on limiting the use of harmful chemicals in the textile industry. The certification body tests for over 100 harmful substances in the manufacture of textiles and makes sure none is left in the fabric at the end of the manufacturing process.
Are your products suitable for people with long-term sickness, skin problems, and infants?
Our organic bamboo lyocell fabric is hypoallergenic, breathable, naturally anti-microbial and free from harmful chemicals. Our products are suitable for very sensitive, acne-prone skin, eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, and chemo patients.
What dye do you use?
Our fabrics are dyed with non-toxic, eco-friendly dyes.
Are your product ethically sourced and made?
Our bamboo is 100% from FSC-certified forests as no exploitation of any resources is tolerated under our brand. We are closely connected with our manufacturing partner to make sure all our products are ethically made. Our manufacturing partner is certified by Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production (WRAP).
WRAP is a globally recognized, independent 3rd party certifying body whose mission is to promote ethical, humane and lawful conditions and practices in apparel, footwear, and sewn products manufacturing facilities. Companies accepted into the WRAP organization go through an extensive application process in which manufacturing facilities, working environments, and workers' rights are inspected and approved by the WRAP association.
WRAP certifications are awarded based upon both internationally and nationally accepted humane workplace standards, local laws, and ethical manufacturing regulations.
Do bamboo lyocell sheets shrink?
Our bamboo lyocell sheets are pre-washed and pre-shrunk. We have also included a small margin on the bedding size for unforeseen shrinkage. That said, we do not recommend drying your bamboo sheets on high heat.
Do your sheets have a thread count?
Our 100% bamboo lyocell has a thread count of 300. This equals to 1000 cotton thread count. Not all materials are measured in thread count, and it is not the most important factor when deciding on sheets. The quality of the raw fiber and the weave of the sheets are the most important factors.
How do I care for my bamboo bedding?
All of ettitude bamboo bedding products come with care labels that detail washing instructions. We recommend cold machine wash, line dry or tumble dry low. No bleach and fabric softener.
What is the tog rating of your duvets and quilts?
Our summer duvet is about 7.5 tog, and our winter duvet is about 13.5 tog. The tog rating indicates how warm the duvet or quilt will be, the higher the number, the warmer the duvet or quilt. This rating is based on the duvets or quilts ability to trap warm air in its thermal insulation.

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return and exchange policy?
Store credit or an exchange can be provided for most purchases within 30 days of delivery. We do not issue refunds for incorrect / wrong size / wrong color purchases.
Sale products are not eligible for return, exchange or refund unless faulty.
Refunds will only be issued for items returned in their original packaging, including those covered under our 30 Night Sleep Trial. Otherwise, store credit will be issued instead.
Once your return request has been accepted, your products must be shipped back to us within 2 weeks of receiving your return label. Product returns sent outside of this period will be issued a store credit upon receipt. This applies to all returns, including those covered under our 30 Night Sleep Trial.
For hygiene reasons, no product can be returned, exchanged or refunded if it has been used or washed, unless faulty (excluding products returned under our 30 Night Sleep Trial).
Items damaged outside of general wear and tear may not qualify for a return/refund/exchange, even if under the 30 Night Sleep Trial.
No returns will be accepted after 30 days of delivery, unless faulty.
What if I want to exchange my item for a different color, size or product?
If you would like to exchange an item you’ve received, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know.
For change of mind returns, we do not cover return postage costs. Please allow up to 2 weeks for exchange processing once your original items arrive at our warehouse.
Store credit will be provided where an exchange product is unavailable.
What if my item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly delivered?
We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality.
However, if you find our product is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, we would like to help you resolve the problem.
Returns for refund will be accepted for faulty products or delivered products that do not match your order. Please email email@example.com with a photo, written description of the issue, and your order number so we can provide you a prepaid postage label and detailed return instructions.

What is our 30 Night Sleep Trial policy?
We believe you should sleep on our bedding before you decide if you like it or not.
We take pride in our superior fabric, and we are confident you will fall in love with it as soon as you’ve slept on it.
If at any point in the first 30 days you decide our sheets are just not for you, return your product for a full refund (excluding delivery costs).
Our 30 Night Sleep Trial applies only to new customers’ first order at Ettitude on full-priced bedding products only. This includes sheet sets, duvet covers, fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases.
The following products are NOT included in the trial: sleepwear, our duvet/comforter range, pillows, pillow protectors, mattress protectors, eye masks, eye pillows, our waffle line, baby range, sleepwear, and other accessories.
Sale products are not eligible for the 30 Night Sleep Trial and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty.

We are unable to offer refunds on any packaging material costs.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are issued in the original payment form, minus any delivery and handling costs that may have been charged - i.e.: PayPal payments will be refunded via the PayPal account used on the original purchase.
Postage and return postage costs are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 7 business days from warehouse delivery for returns to be processed.
What happens to my returned products?
We never resell a used product. All returned ettitude products will be donated to local charities or animal shelters.
